509 TACTICAL 9MM 4.5" 24RD FDE

The FN 509 Tactical 9mm 4.5″ Pistol, an evolution of the FN 509 family, builds on FN’s submission for the U.S. Army's Modular Handgun Trials, incorporating significant design improvements. This model features FN’s patent-pending Low-Profile Optics Mounting System, allowing the attachment of over ten commercially available miniature red dot (MRD) optics. These optics co-witness with the suppressor-height night sights and remain adaptable to future optics without needing direct milling of the slide.

The pistol boasts a 4.5-inch cold hammer-forged, stainless-steel barrel with a target crown, and ½” x 28 threads compatible with most 9mm suppressors. It also includes a thread cap with an integrated O-ring to prevent loosening during use. The 24-round magazines are nearly identical in length to the pistol’s slide, maximizing ammunition capacity without sacrificing carry convenience.
