The FN 509 Midsize MRD features a 4-inch barrel and slide, a midsized frame, and a standard 15-round capacity. It is also compatible with larger FN 509 magazines using an included sleeve. Enhanced controls improve manipulation, while the new texturing on the two included backstraps offers better recoil management. Additionally, the flatter-faced trigger provides a more controllable trigger press and a cleaner break.
